EMD and battery manganese material

In recent years, with the increasing production of portable electronic products, hybrid and electric vehicles, and other energy storage devices, demand for EMD and battery manganese materials has increased rapidly.

The Company has continuously increased the production capacity and expanded product types of EMD and battery manganese materials. At present, Company’s products include EMD, high purity manganese sulfate, lithium manganite oxide and nickel-cobalt-manganese ternary cathode material.

EMD and battery manganese materials will be a major sector of the Company's downstream processing of manganese.

  • Electrolytic manganese dioxide (EMD)

    EMD is widely used in producing batteries, magnetic materials, dyes, medicines, and so on, particularly in the battery industry that has developed rapidly in recent years - alkaline batteries and lithium manganese batteries.

    EMD products Include P-type, mercury-free alkaline manganese type and lithium manganite oxide special type.

    Annual production capacity of EMD is 100,000 tons.

  • Lithium manganite oxide

    Lithium manganite oxide is mainly used as a material in lithium ion batteries for mobile phones and notebook computers and other portable electronic devices.

    Annual production capacity of lithium manganite oxide is 10,000 tons.

  • Nickel-cobalt-manganese ternary cathode material

    Nickel-cobalt-manganese ternary cathode material is mainly used for lithium ion battery cathode materials of batteries such as power batteries, tool batteries, polymer batteries, cylindrical batteries, and aluminum shell batteries.

  • High purity manganese sulfate

    High purity manganese sulfate is mainly used to produce ternary material precursors for lithium-ion battery cathode materials, electronic grade soft ferrites, memory alloys and hydrogen storage alloy materials, new semiconductors and electronic materials, photon excited semiconductor materials, piezoelectric materials, strong magnetic materials, high-grade catalysts, food and medicine materials and products.
